The Birthday Week...!!!

With a delay of two days back here again, don’t worry,this time not to bore you with my life here at Kolkata ..or my past days. This time want to share something interesting with you my friends.

This past week was my birthday week. To tell the truth I was not at all excited. Hardly people knew about that, there was no hope that could pique my curiosity.

But I think the almighty had some other plans for me..!! Unexpected plans!! ;)

Just a day before my birthday, I came to know that my college friends are coming here at Kolkata..

I was steamed up to hear the news. Bunking the office you can say, somehow managed to reach airport to their surprise.

I was overwhelmed to see them.Who would leave a scope like this???

Spending that eve with them came back home..

B'day for the hostelites is totally a different thing. But this year was just hoping some wishes from my friends, as all were busy in their daily life.Me too cant accuse anyone for that, coz I am not an exceptional.

The clock striked 12..The day arrived...!!! MY BIRTHDAY!

Always expect the unexpected..! 

Really wanna know what happened?? 

I have the coolest mom and dad in the world..!

They came hurriedly to my room. wishing me to surprise and took me to the other room where something unexpected was going to happen..uhh... I was not in a state to think or anticipate also..

What can be the best gift to a fruit lover?? 

Love u mom and dad!! 

WAIT..WAIT.... that was not the End.. Then comes another gift..

With this grand arrangement.. which was no less than the previous years.. I thank them to make it special beyond my expection..!!

Hold on.. Hold on.. Yet more to come . Here comes my next gift.. Though this was not from my parents, A gift from HIM...! 

So,after all these don't you think , it was my turn...

With my teensy-weensy earning managed to take my parents to a small treat.

Hi-Brew,Senses..we had a lovely buffet lunch out there!

To,tell the truth, After being hyperactive all the week long I could hardly manage time with my family and friends.

Neither I can blame them for that not myself. Though I feel guilty for that but never bobed up.

 Oh No No,... How can I forget You guys my dear. All these past years you guys were the only one to make this day a special one. Don't consider me so mean that will forget to mention you guys..
The day ended with a giggling and sharing memories from past..!!
I guess this was the best bday ever happend to me as this was the year I was able to be with my friends and family!
This week added colors to my life with which I will be able to survive for the next few months...!!!

THE JOINING....!!

Hey guys.. back here again.. so where were we?? yes.. the joining date! 

This day was not an exceptional, as every other day struggling in the crammed city hoping to be on time to my work..... is it work??... Or rather keeping yourself busy for names sake, I have to be there against my will. The most unfavourable part of this job was that it separated me from my inamorato, yes guys!! I was not allowed to be with my sweetheart, my cell phone as the job was related to public concern..

It was 9 O’clock at night, time to return to my crash pad.

Unexpected….don’t remember the exact figure though, was tensed  hovering my eyes over the screen, which was filled with msgs and calls. ya.. ok.. thts fine...knowing the fact that I am dear to my friends and family but not to such extent I guess..Oh..please! so..wats the concern was all about?? any guesses???

YES!!! YES!!! The wait was  over after all..Again a pause........

Really ... Is that the joining which bothered everyone so much??? yes!!..the wait was over for all..

Wait.... Stop..!! for all..does that include me???

Was it over for me??  Rushing back to home. Grabbed my lappy, checked mails  with keen desire to see my joining letter with full of excitement, heart beat pumping like hell..but...ending in melancholy

.. No letter. nothing!! Days passed, situations were normal again...nothing new.

I had a habit of going through all my mails every Saturday, fortuitously my mouse clicked over the spam folder, and  coincidentally my eyes moseyed over the mail indicating “Date Intimation”  More than the speed of light.. my fingers clicked over the mail.. and this time.....yes this time...

You got it right.. “THIS WAS THE DAY……18^th AUGUST,my joining” .

I was dumbfound as the company policies(verdict) uttered that joining should be accepted within 24hours...and I guess it was the 70th hour that i was witnessing., Though it was not so easy situation as I am expressing now. The very me ignoring all the other three job offers awaiting for this...could see my last hope evanescing, within the air of  despondency accepted the joining,and within an hour I was atlast embellished with the confirmation.

And guys you know what, the wait was satisfying.. within these few months only.. unknowingly I was in love with my city,the crowd,the traffic,the people out here..strange right?? They allowed me to stay with my love.. may be thats the reason why people say it "The city of joy!"

I was shivering like tautened wire.. Though it was not an situation as I am expressing it now. I got all misty eyes. Such a transient moment was worth cherishing.!

The very next day quit my so called odd employment and was planning to count on my chicken before they hatch!

The corporate life begins......

So folks as a novish it was hard expressing the thoughts I possess but hope it would ease out with time.. wait for my new blog to come..!! :) :)
